• Email address — only if you voluntarily enter it to unlock a premium template or subscribe to updates.
• Usage data — anonymous page views, referral sources, and click events collected via privacy-friendly analytics (no cross-site tracking).
• Affiliate clicks — a hashed, anonymised record when you click a partner tool recommendation, for revenue attribution only.

We do not collect passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal data.

• To deliver the template content you requested.
• To send occasional product updates if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To improve site performance and content based on aggregate analytics.
• To fulfil obligations to affiliate partners (anonymised click data only).

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

DPFS Templates uses minimal cookies required for site functionality (e.g. remembering that you unlocked a premium template). We may use Google Analytics or a privacy-first alternative to understand aggregate traffic patterns. No advertising cookies are set unless you have an active AdSense session.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting core template functionality.

We integrate with the following external services:

• Supabase — database hosting (EU/US data centres, SOC 2 compliant).
• Vercel — website hosting and edge network.
• Google AdSense — contextual advertising (if enabled). Google may use cookies to serve personalised ads; see Google's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for subscribers.

Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form for up to 24 months. Affiliate click logs are retained for 90 days.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

DPFS Templates is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
