A single cold email is rarely enough to start a sales conversation. This 3-email sequence is structured to progressively build context and urgency without being pushy. Email 1 opens the conversation with a specific pain point. Email 2 follows up with social proof. Email 3 provides a low-friction final ask. Use them 3–5 days apart.

  1. 1Send Email 1 on Day 1. Send Email 2 on Day 4–5. Send Email 3 on Day 9–10.
