How to use this template

  1. 1Send within 24 hours of the interview — ideally within 2–4 hours if it went well.
  2. 2The key differentiator is {{specific_thing_discussed}} — reference something real from the conversation, not a generic point.
  3. 3If you interviewed with multiple people, send personalized emails to each one. Don't send the same email to all of them.
  4. 4Keep it under 150 words. This is a thank you note, not a second cover letter.
